Mahalo Dead featuring Bill Kreutzmann of the Grateful Dead

Join us for a three-day celebration of live music with Mahalo Dead, featuring legendary Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann! This unforgettable event will take place at Kauai’s premier live music venue, The Porter Pavilion located at Anaina Hou Community Park.

Mahalo Dead brings the spirit of the Grateful Dead to life, with Kreutzmann leading an incredible lineup of talented musicians, creating a musical journey through improvisation, timeless classics, and tinged with the vibrant sounds of Hawaii.

Mahalo Dead will feature Bill Kreutzmann alongside Jason Hann, Daniel Donato, Jake Brownstein, Adam MacDougall, and Reed Mathis.

These shows aren’t just about the music—they are a fundraiser to support The Porter Pavilion, Bill Kreutzmann’s home venue here on Kauai. Proceeds will go towards the continued development and preservation of this beloved community hub, ensuring it remains a space where music, art, and culture can thrive.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unique event—three nights of magical music under the Hawaiian stars, all while supporting a cause close to Bill’s heart.

These are the only live performances from Bill Kreutzmann worldwide in 2024!

The Porter Pavilion is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Anaina Hou Community Park, a 15-acre nonprofit (501(c)(3)) community hub located on Kauai’s North Shore. Anaina Hou offers a diverse range of services, events, and facilities that are open to the public seven days a week, 365 days a year. From arts and culture to health and wellness initiatives, the park is a vibrant space that serves as a lifeline for the community.

Anaina Hou provides vital programs such as the Kauai North Shore Food Pantry, North Shore Farmer’s Market, County Recycling Program, and County Bus Stop, among a host of other free public health and safety services, and the beloved community playground, while also being a home for cultural events, performances, and festivals. The park’s mission is to bring people together, inspire creativity, and promote sustainability through its various offerings.

This fundraiser is crucial for the continued development and preservation of the park and the Porter Pavilion, a venue that hosts not only world-class performances but also community gatherings, educational programs, and nonprofit events. Your support will ensure that Anaina Hou remains a place where music, art, and culture can flourish, benefiting both the local population and visitors from around the world.
