ABOUT YOGA CLASS

All classes will be taught by Waves Yoga Foundation founder, Audrey “Lulu” Streltzer, with the option of substitutes intermittently. Learn more about Lulu:

Aloha, my name is Audrey Luana Streltzer, nicknamed Lulu. I started practicing yoga in 1996 and have been teaching for over 20 years. I am fortunate to have had many brilliant Yoga and Buddhist teachers including; Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, Amy Ippoliti, Tiffany Cruikshank & Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and his students, Reggie Ray, & Roshi Joan Halifax. I received my first 200 hour teaching certificate in 2000 and have continued my education since. Yoga Certificates include, kids, adaptive, prenatal, myofascial release, restorative, hatha, and vinyasa. I also graduated from University of Colorado with a Religious Studies Major, and furthered with a Master degree in Tibetan Buddhism and Sanskrit from Naropa University. Currently I am working on my 1000 hours with Yoga Medicine where I have developed a passion for studying the human body. Most recently I completed a Cadaver Lab dissection training in Boulder, Colorado with Master Dissector Todd Garcia. Meditation retreats have been essential for cultivating growth and awareness. A playful approach along with the depth of experience and continued education in Yoga and Buddhism provide a thoughtful, unique and fun class experience. May our practice be of benefit to all. Thank you.
