About Anuhea

The name “Anuhea” means a refreshing fragrance from the uplands in Hawaiian. In the world of island/reggae music, Anuhea Jenkins from Maui has been just that: a breath of fresh air to the island music scene. This multi-talented artist beautifully blends various genres like reggae, pop, R&B, rap, and country music into an eclectic style that is entirely her own. Anuhea has won several prestigious awards like the Na Hoku Hanohano Awards and iHeart Radio Island Music Award for Female Artist of the Year in 2019. She is proud to be a mental health and education advocate and hosts the “Just Keep Jamming” podcast and the “Aloha Always Foundation” scholarships. Her work ethic is commendable, and her fun-loving personality makes her a self-proclaimed “cool mom” to her son Ikena. She has shared the stage with renowned artists like Bruno Mars, FloRida, SOJA, and Brett Young, among others, performing throughout Hawaii, the United States, and internationally. With a successful career spanning over 15 years, numerous hit songs, and multiple awards, Anuhea remains down-to-earth when referred to as one of Hawaii’s top selling female musical artists of all time.
